Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients
• Focus on transactions across the Infrastructure, Energy, and broader Real Assets sectors
• Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior team members
• Present key findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Support business development and proposal activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in Financial Due Diligence (minimum 5+ years of relevant experience)
• Experience with Infrastructure or Energy clients/funds is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Fluent in English, with basic to intermediate to advanced German (willingness to improve language skills is welcomed)
