We’re working exclusively with a global leader in cybersecurity solutions distribution. A fast-scaling, PE-backed tech business undergoing significant transformation. As part of their ambitious multi-year Value Creation Plan, they are hiring Regional Transformation Managers (RTMs) to spearhead strategic execution in key markets across the globe.

This high-impact role reports into the global Chief Value Creation Officer and is embedded within regional leadership teams, ensuring global initiatives land successfully on the ground.


🧭 What You’ll Do
As a Regional Transformation Manager, you will:

• Own the transformation agenda across your region, localising global programs and aligning internal stakeholders.
• Launch and scale Managed Services, partnering with product, delivery, and sales to drive commercial success.
• Deploy new go-to-market models, ensuring adoption of coverage structures, incentives, and CRM tooling.
• Embed operational excellence, particularly around order-to-cash, working capital, and financial forecasting.
• Track and govern execution, maintaining KPI dashboards, risk logs, and reporting structures.
• Champion change, running workshops and mentoring local agents to embed lasting transformation.


🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years in transformation, strategy execution, or program delivery roles
• Track record in PE-backed, high-growth tech or cybersecurity businesses
• Deep experience scaling Managed Services or “as-a-service” offerings
• Strong commercial and financial fluency (P&L, ROI, EBITDA impact)
• Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product
• Excellent stakeholder and change management skills in matrixed, global environments
• Bachelor’s degree essential; MBA or programme certifications a plus
