Job Details

We are seeking a reliable cleaner for the properties we manage in Hamburg and surrounding areas.

• Working hours approx. 30-35 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Valid Class B driver's license required
• German language skills necessary
• No subcontractors
• More hours possible after training

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of staircase floors from attic to basement (sweeping and mopping)
• Cleaning radiators, pipes, window sills, handrails, and balustrades
• Cleaning floors in stairwells, elevators, and lobbies
• Cleaning the front door inside and outside
• Cleaning exterior doors in the stairwell
• Cleaning windows inside and outside, including frames
• Cleaning common areas such as bicycle rooms, technical rooms, boiler rooms, laundry rooms, and drying rooms
• Cleaning light fixtures inside and outside
• Wiping down railings and handrails, keeping anodized and chrome parts shiny
• Cleaning mailbox and intercom systems, switches, and buttons

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is an advantage but not required
• Entry-level candidates welcome
