    About us
    We are an early-stage startup funded by leading European VCs with the mission to build advanced small Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (UAVs) to strengthen European sovereignty and security. Our focus is on UAV platforms and ground control systems, with plans to expand into maritime, ground, and multi-domain defence systems.

    What we’re looking for
    We’re hiring a UAV Computer Vision Generalist to develop and deploy advanced perception capabilities for our UAV platforms. This role combines cutting-edge visual algorithms with the practical challenges of running them in real time on edge computing hardware. You’ll work across object detection, pose estimation, and other perception & localization related topics that give our UAVs the ability to understand and interact with their environment in mission-critical scenarios.

    The day-to-day
    • Design, implement, and optimize perception algorithms for real-time performance on edge devices.
    • Develop and maintain perception software in C++ for embedded and IoT platforms.
    • Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines
    • Integrate perception modules into the broader autonomy stack, ensuring seamless communication with navigation and control systems.
    • Profile and optimize algorithms for resource-constrained environments without sacrificing accuracy.
    • Collaborate with robotics and embedded teams to bring perception features from simulation to live flight.
    • Support field testing and iterate quickly on performance improvements based on real-world data.

    You should apply if you
    • Have proven experience in perception and object detection for embedded or edge computing devices.
    • Are proficient in C++ for high-performance vision applications or similar.
    • Have hands-on experience with localization and mapping related topics.
    • Strong experience with real-world robotic applications
    • Strong background in data preprocessing and postprocessing for training and deployment.
    • Understand the constraints of running computer vision algorithms on IoT or embedded hardware.
    • Can thrive in a fast-moving, operationally focused startup environment.
    • Are eligible for EU security clearance.

    Nice to haves
    • Experience with Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO) or SLAM.
    • Familiarity with camera and sensor calibration workflows.
    • Familiar with Kalman filter algorithms for state estimation and sensor fusion
    • Knowledge of UAV systems or defence-related technologies.
