About us

We are a fast-growing US DTC baby brand. We’re hiring a detail-oriented assistant to source and manage UGC creators via Fiverr.


Scope & Goal

Find as many suitable creators per week as possible — target at least 5 (moms/parents with a baby aged 0–15 months).

Drive them from first contact → brief → negotiation → order → delivery → upload.


Key Responsibilities


• Research & shortlist creators on Fiverr; maintain a clean pipeline (target ≥5/week).


• Send a very short first DM (we provide the exact text).


• On interest: send the full brief (we provide), including product/examples, specs, usage rights & single budget mention


• Negotiate within range or adjust scope (e.g., 4 videos + 4 photos) if needed.


• Collect full address and confirm dispatch/tracking.


• Track everything in our Google Sheet (creator link, baby age, status, offer, deadline, rights).


• On delivery: quick quality/spec check


• Notify manager for approval; after approval upload final assets to Drive.


Requirements


• Proven experience with UGC sourcing/coordination (Fiverr preferred).


• Excellent English and clear written communication.


• Highly organized, reliable follow-ups, clean spreadsheets.


• Comfortable working from a short SOP and hitting weekly targets.


Tools

Fiverr, Google Sheets, Google Drive (we share templates & folder links).


Engagement

Hourly, approx. 5 hours/week to start; ongoing if performance is strong.
