UI / UX Designer

About tilde

tilde is a digital companion that gently guides people and their loved ones through life’s
toughest questions around end-of-life administration – TIL DEath and beyond.
Our mission is to reduce the organizational burden around death; so that time remains for what matters most.
This role will be funded by the EXIST scholarship.

Tasks

• Lead user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Design and iterate user journeys, wireframes, and interfaces
• Collaborate with the founders on product vision, usability, and accessibility

Requirements

• You need to have been enrolled or employed with a university within the last 5 years
• User research is your answer to doubts and questions
• A wonky picture frame gives you the ick
• Proven track-record of UI/UX work that led to improved usability
• You are aware of the benefits and limitations of working in an early-stage business
• Solid German as you will be talking to a lot of users

• EXIST stipend of 2500€/ month
