Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the overarching further development of the content of underwriting processes
• Responsibility for the review and drafting of lines of business overarching and worldwide guidelines
• Conception and support of underwriting excellence topics
• Support of underwriters with overarching governance issues
• Harmonization and simplification of the governance structure

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies (primarily law, business administration, economics) and/or professional experience in an insurance company (underwriting)
• Enjoy working in an international environment, ambition to create new solutions and pleasure in improving working methods
• Open, committed and team-oriented personality
• Responsible, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Very good command of English and fluent written and spoken German
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
