We’re a diverse team of designers, developers, educators, and storytellers passionate about making education fun and accessible. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, mission-driven Unity Engineer to help us optimize and accelerate growth across our mobile apps — improving how families start trials, engage with content, and become long-term learners.
What You’ll Do:
Build & Launch Experiments: Work with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Marketers to design and implement A/B tests targeting key funnel improvements like trial start rates (TSR) and onboarding completion.Optimize Funnel Mechanics: Implement and iterate on key funnel components such as paywalls, account creation, onboarding, and in-app messaging using Unity and C#.Create Tools for Self-Serve Testing: Develop frameworks that allow non-technical stakeholders to launch experiments and manage configurations using Unity Cloud Tools (Remote Config, Game Overrides, Cloud Content Delivery).Ensure Code Quality & Scalability: Collaborate with fellow developers to improve shared, cross-app systems that reduce testing cycles and maximize maintainability.Support Data-Driven Product Decisions: Integrate analytics tools and ensure accurate event tracking to power data-informed growth decisions.
Your Goals:

Must-Haves:
Unity Expertise: 3–5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building mobile applications in Unity with C#Funnel Experimentation Experience: Proven ability to build and ship funnel experiments (e.g., onboarding flows, paywalls, account screens)Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Marketers, Designers, and AnalystsUnity Cloud Tools: Familiarity with Remote Config, Game Overrides, and Cloud Content Delivery (CCD)Analytics Integration: Experience with event tracking and analytics SDKs (e.g., Metarouter, Appsflyer)Version Control: Proficient with Git or SVN and version control best practices

EdTech or Early Childhood Product ExperienceSDK Development Experience: Experience designing or maintaining reusable SDKs or internal libraries for use across multiple Unity projects or appsMobile Platform Knowledge: Understanding of Unity's mobile capabilities and app store requirements for iOS/AndroidStrong UX Intuition: Awareness of mobile UI/UX patterns and design best practices
