UX Designer (all genders)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our digital team. You will work closely with our Senior UX Designer, CRO Consultant and development team to enhance the user experience of our clients’ websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and meet both user needs and business goals. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in UX design and web CRO.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior UX Designer in the full design process: research, competitor benchmark, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Translate brand content and business requirements into intuitive web layouts and user journey maps.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction flows based on requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with other stakeholders within the team, such as content teams, developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality, feasible and consistent experiences.
• Support development teams (Full-stack Developer and AEM Content Manager) by delivering precise UX documentation.
• Collaborate with the CRO Consultant to implement design adjustments based on user data, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Maintain and update design systems, guidelines, and UI libraries.
• Continuously improve solutions based on data and user feedback.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI with a portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects, demonstrating expertise in the end-to-end UX process (research, ideation, prototyping, testing).
• Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Experienced in usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
• Awareness of CMS workflows, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Ability to work in agile, fast-paced, cross-functional environments and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
