Responsibilities

• In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the product design of our owned digital touchpoints ensuring a best-in-class user experience, design system and contributing to its technical implementation.
• You will independently conduct and evaluate user-centered research and analysis, while shaping the information architecture, navigation logic, and user guidance.
• You will contribute to the product vision and strategy by developing wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and a scalable token system applicable across multiple brands.
• As part of complex digital projects, you will take on UX and UI design tasks and collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
• You will design, maintain, and continuously evolve design systems for digital products, ensuring visual quality and consistency across global CMS implementations.
• You will be a part of a fully staffed product team that is close to business stakeholders and is managing their own roadmap.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for introducing and advancing agile design processes within the team.

Qualifications

• You hold a university degree in communication design, UX/UI design, or a comparable field, and bring several years of experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
• You have strong proficiency in Figma and common prototyping tools, along with a solid technical understanding and experience collaborating with front-end development teams.
• What sets you apart is a sharp eye for contemporary design, typography, and a deep commitment to user-centered thinking.
• You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel completes your profile.
