We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant experienced in B2B lead generation to compile a list of 5,000 qualified leads in the European packaging industry. Our company sells packaging products (cotton bags, paper bags, boxes, trays, custom printed packaging, etc.), and we need contacts of potential buyers or decision-makers who might purchase such products. Scope of Work: - Lead criteria: Companies across Europe (EU + UK) that regularly buy packaging supplies (e.g. retailers, e- commerce brands, food & beverage producers, manufacturers, event companies). Focus on medium to large businesses that would order in bulk. - Target roles: Procurement Managers, Purchasing Directors, Supply Chain Managers, Operations Managers, Packaging Engineers, or Business Owners (for smaller companies) – basically the person who decides on packaging purchases. - Data required for each lead (in spreadsheet): Company name, Company industry/sector, Company country, Contact person full name, Job title, work email (verified), LinkedIn profile URL, company website, and if available, company size or any note on their packaging usage (optional but helpful). Tools & Verification: - You should use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, etc. to find accurate data. All emails must be verified (e.g. via NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Apollo verify, etc.) to ensure 5% bounce rate. - Use of Excel or Google Sheets is required for deliverables. Organize data clearly with the columns above. - Familiarity with the packaging industry terminology is a plus (so you can identify relevant companies and roles easily). Budget & Timeline: - Fixed budget: €80 for the entire list of 5,000 leads. (This is $80 approximately.) - We expect this to be completed in 1-2 weeks from hire. Please do not apply if you cannot meet the deadline. Quality Expectations & Acceptance Criteria: - We will verify a random sample of the leads. A minimum of 90% valid emails is required (i.e., max 10% bounces). Any invalid contacts should be replaced. - Relevance is crucial: leads must fit the criteria (correct industry and roles). We will check a sample to ensure they indeed would buy packaging (e.g., no irrelevant industries). - No duplicates – each contact must be unique, and no two contacts from the exact same company (unless it’s a huge company where multiple contacts make sense, but even then max 2 per company). - You must gather data manually or through legitimate tools, no pre-scraped old databases that are out-of-date. Recent data is important.
