Key Responsibilities:You will be at the forefront of project success, from concept to completion.Drive the successful and timely completion of multiple, concurrent projects.Ensure project quality with sound planning, proactive risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.Support project development and upscaling, create user requirement specifications, and ensure all legal, EHS, and GMP requirements are met.Effectively manage stakeholders and negotiate with external vendors to champion project interests.Create and execute change plans, CAPA tasks, and report on project and financial performance to local and global audiences. Who We're Looking For:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.German and English fluency a must.5+ years of significant engineering experience.Proven experience in process / project optimisation.Proficiency with project planning tools, SAP, and MS Office.
