Vendor Support Manager (m/f/d), E-Commerce - German at METRO Markets GmbH

In this role as Vendor Support Manager, you will be working with a dynamic and international team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors.

Responsibilities

• Helping new vendors to onboard to our marketplace in Germany
• Support vendors on integrating via EDI, API or other interfaces to our system
• Driving results in a cross-functional environment
• Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace
• Serving as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations
• Contributing to the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes

Qualifications

• Fluent/native level communication skills in German and English (essential)
• Team spirit and strong service & problem-solving mindset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy, interested in learning more
• Strong and proven relationship management skills
• Any additional European languages would be beneficial
