We are looking for an enthusiastic Platform Intern (m/f/d) to join our Frankfurt office for 3–6 months. You will help us strengthen and scale our platform and connect within the wider ecosystem. We value diverse profiles and backgrounds, but expect a genuine passion for startups, innovation, and ecosystem building. Fluency in German and English is required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting daily operations on strategic and ad-hoc initiatives
2. Developing value-adding formats for portfolio companies (e.g., knowledge-sharing, founder workshops, talent support, partnerships)
3. Organizing community events and ecosystem activities to strengthen our founder and investor network
4. Creating content for thought leadership (articles, newsletters, social media)
5. Communicating with portfolio companies to gather feedback and share best practices
6. Collaborating with investment and operations teams to improve processes
7. Managing specific strategic or operational projects to grow the platform

Qualifications:

• Passion for startups, disruptive tech, and community building
• Final-year undergraduate, gap year, or pursuing graduate studies, preferably in business, economics, or related fields
• Experience in venture capital, startups, consulting, or community management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented
• Self-starter with proactive work ethic
• International and multicultural mindset
