    Responsibilities

    • (Cold) acquisition of new customers and projects in the ERP and digitalization environment (phone, social media, trade fairs/events/conferences, personal contact)
    • Inside and outside sales activities
    • Generation and management of leads from initial contact to contract closure
    • Building "your" sales team/department

    Profile

    • Excellent skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
    • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV)
    • Completed IT or sales-related education or studies
    • Willingness to travel within Germany and neighboring countries
    • Communicative and open personality eager to engage with others
    • First experience in software or ERP sales
    • Assertiveness, even with colleagues and superiors
    • Quick learner with pragmatic problem-solving skills
    • High level of discretion and loyalty
    • Fluent in German and good to very good English skills, both spoken and written
