About The Role
Vivid Money is redefining SME banking across Europe. We empower businesses with seamless financial tools, competitive FX rates, high-interest savings, and smart banking solutions — all in one platform.
As we strengthen our presence in the DACH region, we’re hiring a Head of Sales – Germany to lead our growth efforts, build a high-performing team, and expand our presence in the German SME market.
Your Mission

• Take ownership of Vivid’s sales growth in the German market, building a clear market strategy tailored to local SME needs.
• Lead a small but ambitious sales team, with responsibility for hiring, training, and scaling the team as revenue grows.
• Manage the entire sales process end-to-end from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and account handover.
• Launch and manage localized, multi-channel campaigns in partnership with marketing and product to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Work directly with senior decision-makers (including C-suite execs) at client organizations to close high-value deals.
• Use a data-driven approach to continuously improve conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, and retention.
  

• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within fintech, payments, or digital banking.
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex, high-value deals.
• Previous leadership experience building and scaling sales teams in the German market.
• Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations.
• Comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders and navigating long-cycle sales.
• Native or fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English.
