Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic promoter for the NABU (Naturschutzbund e.V.) in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) at the Standort Bochum to strengthen environmental protection in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Promote and public relations for stand supporters and public interaction.
• Engage the public on key projects related to climate, animals, and plant world.
• Assist in securing sponsors and enable the NGO to continue valuable work.
• Possibility to grow into a team leader and start a career with purpose in the NGO world.

Qualifications

• Excellent German language skills (minimum Level C2).
• Strong communication, persuasive, and able to inspire people.
• Teamplayer; truly want to move something.
• Motivated career starter, student, or professional has opportunities.
• Valid work permit for Germany required for non-EU citizens.

Compensation

Salary: €2.600,00 – €4.800,00 per month
Benefits: Fixed base salary + performance-based bonuses.
