As part of the VFX team, you’ll be responsible for creating stunning visual effects in our upcoming games, from explosions to environmental effects, bringing our virtual worlds to life. Join us in crafting effects that captivate players and elevate our games.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality visual effects to enhance player experience and immersion
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to align effects with the game vision
• Optimize visual effects for performance and quality
• Create and integrate optimized game assets
• Use Unreal Engine’s Niagara system and scripting for dynamic effects
• Create and refine materials in Unreal Engine for visual fidelity

Requirements

• Professional experience with Unreal Engine
• Proficiency in Niagara and scripting
• Experience creating complex Unreal materials
• Ability to produce optimized game assets
• Knowledge of Unreal Blueprints
• Basic understanding of HLSL/GLSL shader languages
• Proficiency in German

Bonus Skills

• Passion for gaming
• Experience with Houdini, Substance Designer, Blender
• Knowledge of PBR
