Training Development Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Training Development Specialist (m/f/d) for the Ag & Turf and Integrated Technology Technical Training Development organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical training courses for dealership technicians. Your work will contribute to a globally aligned curriculum that ensures high-quality learning experiences and supports optimal machine uptime for our customers

Your Responsibilities:

• You work closely with Curriculum Architects to identify training needs, define course objectives, and select appropriate learning formats – always aligned with the global curriculum strategy
• You coordinate curriculum plans with all relevant stakeholders and ensure their approval – for example, with product lines or global training leads
• You develop technical training materials – either independently or as part of an international team – and manage the review process
• You hand over finalized course materials to the global training delivery team and ensure everything is ready for implementation
• You collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure training content is available to learners in John Deere University

What Skills You Need:

• You have experience working with complex technical machine systems, including diagnostic tools
• You are able to identify and capture project details, scope project milestones, execute the plan, prioritize the work and work through multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• You have strong communication and relationship management skills
• You have strong, demonstrated examples of driving collaboration and inclusion.
• You are able to make sound decisions
