Stellenbeschreibung:

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Vice President, Clinical Recruiting to lead and scale our provider hiring strategy as part of our Care Operations team. This leader will own the end-to-end recruiting function for clinicians and coaches across multiple geographies, ensuring that our workforce is built to deliver high-quality care efficiently and at scale.

This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of talent acquisition and care operations. Beyond driving a high-volume recruiting engine, the VP will work cross-functionally to design smarter recruiting processes, shape workforce models, and influence provider onboarding and compensation strategies.

We are looking for a builder; someone who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments, and can flex between strategy and execution. You should thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and bring structure to ambiguity. We’re looking for individuals energized by the opportunity to directly influence hiring quality, clinical team readiness, and the patient care experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership

    • Architect and execute a multi-year clinical recruiting strategy that aligns with Brightline’s growth objectives, clinic openings, and evolving care delivery models.

    • Partner with the SVP, Operations and business leaders to anticipate workforce needs, establish hiring priorities, and ensure sustainable recruiting capacity.

    Drive Scalable Recruiting Strategy

    • Build recruiting infrastructure and data-driven processes to track funnel metrics, provider availability, and market responsiveness.

    • Anticipate hiring challenges and design proactive strategies for sourcing and conversion.

    • Collaborate with the Executive Team on growth plans, integrating recruiting strategy into overall Care Operations strategy.

    • Own and evolve provider compensation strategy in partnership with Finance and People, ensuring competitiveness, scalability, and alignment with Brightline’s care delivery model.

    Cross-Functional Partnership & Operational Excellence

    • Partner with the People team on role design, compensation structures, and career paths tailored to varying clinician employment models.

    • Collaborate with Credentialing and Provider Enablement teams to improve workflows to reduce friction and accelerate provider onboarding.

    Team Building & Leadership

    • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing recruiting team capable of scaling provider hiring nationally.

    • Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and clinician-first candidate experience.

Executive Partnership & Data Driven Insights

    • Serve as a peer to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions related to hiring, compensation, onboarding and workforce planning.

    • Provide data-driven insights on recruiting performance, funnel analytics, and market trends to inform executive decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years or equivalent years of leadership experience in recruiting, operations, or provider growth, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles.

    • Experience in high-volume recruiting for clinicians or similar workforce populations.

    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with People, Care Operations, Finance and Clinical leadership.

    • Knowledge of role design, compensation strategies, and workforce management for W2 clinicians.

    • Proven success in scaling clinical recruiting for multi-site or multi-state care delivery organizations.

    • Strong operational and data-driven mindset, with expertise in recruiting analytics, funnel optimization, and KPI management.

    • Experience navigating state-specific employment laws and compliance (NY, CA strongly preferred).

    • Strong communication, influence, and leadership skills with a track record of scaling teams and building trust at the executive level.

    • Experience with modern recruiting technology platforms and commitment to process innovation.

    • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment at the executive level.

We offer several benefits, perks, and stipends:

    • Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, and 401k
