Develop an overarching HR strategy that aligns overall business strategy and customer-centric focus and vision, with an emphasis on building capability and workforce planning.
Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on business and HR matters.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including local works councils, employee representatives, auditors, committees, and the board (shareholders) on HR matters.
Drive the design and implementation of globally efficient HR processes, initiatives and programs that align with- and support business objectives.
Lead and oversee global talent strategies, ensuring the organisation attracts, hires, and retains high-performing talent aligned with the companies skill needs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Oversee the development and management of a performance appraisal system that drives performance in line with the companies' objectives and goals.
Oversee the development and management of a competitive global and regional compensation and benefits program.
Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to HR and employee relations.
Work closely with Governance, Risk and Compliance team, on any potential HR related issues, such that issues can be addressed early on.
Organize regular audits to ensure HR practices are effective, efficient and compliant.
Qualification
Degree in business administration with a focus on HR management or a comparable qualification
Proven and in-depth experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, building a strong team
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into hands-on HR initiatives, ideally experienced in technologie industry
Demonstrated success in change projects, employee engagement, and culture development
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations (Germany but also international)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced with HR software
Fluent in German and English
Salary information
Depending on professional experience and qualifications, the gross annual salary is between EUR 160.000 and 190.000 + car.
