Position purpose:

We are seeking an experienced equity or multi-asset sales trader to join our Frankfurt team. The role involves managing and developing institutional client relationships, promoting the firm’s products and services.

Key responsibilities:

1. Cross-Asset Sales-Trading & Execution of agency order flow in Equities and Fixed Income for institutional clients.
2. Expand desk coverage and product offerings with additional skills and market knowledge.
3. Interact with clients and provide real-time market coverage as part of a team.
4. Market Equity and Fixed Income inventories to institutional clients.
5. Provide tailored solutions to deepen relationships, attract new clients, and increase profitability.
6. Onboard new clients and manage existing relationships to enhance trading activity.
7. Support the development of the Cross-asset platform.
8. Cross-sell other StoneX capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
• Relevant regulatory licenses.
• Authorization to work in the EU.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualities:

• Proven revenue generation independent of Research, Investment Banking, or Capital Commitment.
• Extensive network of institutional clients, brokers, and vendors.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, algorithmic trading, SOR, and routing rules.
