Position purpose:
We are seeking an experienced equity or multi-asset sales trader to join our Frankfurt team. The role involves managing and developing institutional client relationships, promoting the firm’s products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Cross-Asset Sales-Trading & Execution of agency order flow in Equities and Fixed Income for institutional clients.
- Expand desk coverage and product offerings with additional skills and market knowledge.
- Interact with clients and provide real-time market coverage as part of a team.
- Market Equity and Fixed Income inventories to institutional clients.
- Provide tailored solutions to deepen relationships, attract new clients, and increase profitability.
- Onboard new clients and manage existing relationships to enhance trading activity.
- Support the development of the Cross-asset platform.
- Cross-sell other StoneX capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
- Relevant regulatory licenses.
- Authorization to work in the EU.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
Preferred qualities:
- Proven revenue generation independent of Research, Investment Banking, or Capital Commitment.
- Extensive network of institutional clients, brokers, and vendors.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, algorithmic trading, SOR, and routing rules.
