Your Mission

In this role you will carry the vision, values, and innovative spirit of Trench into the world. Together with the executive board and your team, you will develop communication strategies that inspire people, build trust, and sustainably strengthen the brand—both internally and externally.

Your Tasks

Strategy & Execution : Develop a consistent communication and marketing strategy with the board and management that shapes the company's long‑term positioning.
Leadership : Lead and develop a dedicated team in communication and marketing.
Corporate Communications : Manage internal and external communication, PR, and reputation management—both operationally and strategically.
Brand & B2B Marketing : Strategically position the brand in the market and collaborate closely with the sales team.
Investor Relations : Support shareholders, oversee reports, and prepare investor meetings.
International Scope : Coordinate cross‑country projects and work with global stakeholders.
Change & Growth Communication : Develop communication strategies that support change processes, promote growth, and clarify opportunities—strengthening trust and transparency.

Requirements

Experience & Expertise : Several years in a senior communications role, ideally within the energy or industrial sector.
Leadership Skills : Proven track record of leading and developing international teams within a matrix organization.
Communication Strength : Strong knowledge in corporate communications, complemented by deep expertise in marketing and investor relations.
Strategy & Execution : Strategic thinker with an operational, hands‑on mentality.
Stakeholder Management : Extensive experience dealing with media, investors, internal stakeholders, and private equity firms.
Confidence & Vision : Professional presentation, networked thinking, and a clear overview even in complex situations.
Language Skills : Business‑fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
