Reporting Structure 
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Global Commercial Labs Solutions, this role drives sales strategy and performance across six global zones (NAM, LAM, NWE, SWE, CEE, MEA). It supports go-to-market plans, aligns sales initiatives with business needs, enables sales teams, and facilitates market insights to senior leadership. 
Responsibilities 
- Accountable for SLS downstream strategy and supporting sales performance for AM/EMEA Zones 
 - Responsible Commercial liaison to SLS Business Line (BL) Head and Senior Management 
 - Focus on market needs and requirements and manage BL performance and support ZBL on SLS GTM strategy definition for distinct Product Lines 
 - Supports ZBLs, Head of SLS Sales, SLS Marketing Head, or SLS Sales Specialists in development and implementation of downstream SLS sales strategies 
 - Support in setting sales targets based on GTM and Product Lines strategies 
 - Positioning of SLS portfolio in Zones within defined SLS GTM strategy 
 - Conversation with BL on Zone escalations and performance plans 
 - Alignment of downstream marketing collateral needs between BL and Zone marketing teams 
 - Transfer of customer and market needs to global Business Line through reviews and sounding boards 
 - Arrange development of dedicated Sales resources in alignment with BL and ZBLs along GTM and customer needs 
 - Assist sales teams through sales enablement initiatives and ensuring availability of technical product trainings with necessary support 
 - Manage relationships with KOLs/advisory boards 
  
Qualifications And Experience 
- 15+ years’ experience and success in commercial management / GM roles, with a preference to have strong Marketing & Sales experience in In Vitro Industry 
 - Minimum bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline. Masters, preferred. 
 - Experience spanning both sales and marketing, with the ability to integrate strategies across functions and business zones. 
 - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment and outcomes without direct authority. 
 - P&L experience of healthcare related revenue, especially in the field of Diagnostics or mechatronics devices and consumables. 
 - Experience in leading diverse teams in Zone (< 30 people); international working experience is preferred. 
 - Experience in C-level customer interactions and government authorities. 
 - Proven ability to present and effectively communicate to customers, direct reports and executive members of our company. 
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions. 
 - Fluent in English and desirable to speak French or Spanish or Italian.

Base Pay Range 
Min $207,220 – Max $310,820
