About The Role: We’re looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to transform YouTube content into engaging, high‑quality videos for Facebook and Snapchat . This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, crafting catchy intros, and making content accessible for a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Edit and transform YouTube content into engaging, high‑quality videos tailored for Facebook and Snapchat.
• Craft compelling intros and structure videos to maximize audience retention and engagement.
• Ensure content is accessible, easy to follow, and appealing to a broad audience.
• Collaborate with content leads to refine storylines and optimize videos for each platform.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience editing videos for Facebook and Snapchat.
• Deep understanding of social media video formats and best practices.
• Expert‑level knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with MrBeast content, short‑form trends, and viral social storytelling.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and respond effectively to feedback.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Hiring Process

If selected, the interview process will include a brief introductory conversation, an editing case study, and a final interview with the Syndication team.
