About the Company: We help people access better careers through tools like Big Interview. Our platforms are used by government agencies, universities, and direct consumers. You will be joining an existing localization workflow. This role will support additional language expansion, and supports a new AI-based video production workflow. Role Overview: You will assemble training videos using: Instructor footage Stock footage (Freepik, AI-generated, or other libraries) Voiceover or subtitled narration Most content will be in English. Future projects will include multilingual versions. You will work with our existing team to extend and scale this system. Responsibilities: Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro Source and integrate stock visuals from Freepik or similar sites Assemble AI-generated instructor footage into structured lessons Apply consistent formatting, transitions, and text overlays Deliver final renders and clean project files Organize assets and follow internal file structure Communicate clearly when assets or direction are missing Requirements: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects (for simple transitions or corrections) Ability to assemble clean, professional video using mixed assets Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong communication and self-management Reliable and responsive to feedback Preferred: Fluency in French, German, or Italian Experience editing educational or training content Familiarity with Freepik, Pexels, or other stock media platforms Long-form editing experience Comfortable working with AI-generated media How to Apply: Send a message via Upwork that includes: Examples of similar work Languages you speak fluently Your typical turnaround time for a 10-minute edited video Confirmation that you’re available for long-term contract work Include the word sync-lock in your message to confirm you read the full description.
