YOU…

support the design, development, and testing of aeronautical and aerospace systems and components
contribute to projects in manufacturing, digitalization, or project management, depending on your background and interests
plan and coordinate activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, suppliers, and customers
drive process optimization and continuous improvement in a high-tech aerospace environment
monitor project progress, track milestones, and contribute to technical documentation and reporting
take on a versatile role where your responsibilities evolve with project needs, giving you exposure to multiple areas of aerospace engineering

Qualifications

YOU…

fulfill the requirements of the V.I.E program (EU graduate, aged 18–28)
hold a degree in aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
bring initial experience or a strong interest in the aerospace industry (through internships, university projects, or thesis work)
are motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to innovative aerospace projects
communicate fluently in English; knowledge of German is a plus in the international work environment
