VIE - Vehicle Testing Engineer

Your Mission:

Are you passionate about automotive innovation and eager to contribute to the future of automated technologies? Join our team as a Vehicle Testing Engineer through the VIE program, and take part in the development and validation of cutting-edge embedded systems in real vehicle environments.

Set up and calibrate prototype vehicles for system validation (flashing, coding, calibrating ECUs).
Conduct feature testing on track sites using IBM RQM (Rational Quality Manager).
Record and analyze vehicle data using Vector CANape.
Report results, manage bugs, and contribute to software optimization.
Collaborate with Function Owners and engineering teams.
Participate in a case study to showcase your problem-solving skills and engineering mindset.

Must-Haves:

• Experience with Vector CANape for vehicle data recording.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Willingness to work in the automotive industry and pass internal driving qualifications (T1–T2).
