Job Description

Veolia Industries Global Solutions is looking for a Junior Engineer - LEAN Management. You will work with our Lean teams to analyze processes, find ways to improve them, and implement LEAN solutions. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in process optimization while making a real impact on our operations.

The VIE will be in charge of :

Work closely with management and maintenance teams to optimize maintenance operation processes on the client's infrastructure.

Create and complete documentation of maintenance and repair activities

Generally identify areas which can be streamlined

Create and deploy new processes & concepts

Digitalization and deployment of validated processes and continuous improvement of processes

Accompany your Manager in the change management approach (sustainable improvement relying on consulting skills and change management processes)

Qualifications

Educational background : Engineering school, LEAN Management

Previous experience : LEAN Manager, project management, deployment of methods and management tools, change management

Skills : Maintenance and industrial production management, familiar with information system tools, LEAN and change management

Other : Coordination talent, flexibility, quality-oriented, reliable and team player, analysis & influence skills
