Overview

I am a Software Engineer seeking a new role and need assistance with submitting job applications at scale. I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer/VA who can help me apply to jobs based on my criteria.



Responsibilities:


• Search for relevant Software Engineer positions (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack) on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, AngelList, etc.
• Apply to jobs on my behalf using my provided resume and cover letter templates.
• Maintain a Google Sheet tracker with the following details for each application:
  • Job Title
  • Company Name
  • Job Link
  • Date Applied
  • Platform (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Status (Saved / Applied / Skipped)
  • Notes (special requirements, recruiter contact, etc.)
• Forward any recruiter responses to me.



Requirements:


• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruiter, or in online research is preferred.
• Attention to detail (must avoid applying to irrelevant jobs).
• Must follow instructions and apply only to jobs that fit my filters.
• Confidentiality (all data, accounts, and personal information must remain private).



Tools Provided:


• Job filters & criteria (keywords, locations, exclusions).
• Ready-to-use resumes and cover letters.
• Cheat sheet for application questions (salary, visa status, etc.).
• Google Sheet tracker template.



Payment:


• Fixed rate: $100 per 500 valid applications.
• Milestones: Payment released every 250 applications logged & verified.
• Bonus: $20 per interview invitation** generated from your applications.



How to Apply:


• Briefly describe your experience with similar tasks (job applications, VA work, recruiting).
• Share if you have experience using LinkedIn/Indeed/other job boards.
• Confirm you are comfortable using a tracker sheet and following filters.
