Stellenbeschreibung:

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our recruitment process and team coordination at Proofinder.
This is a long-term, hourly position for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing recruitment tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.


Responsibilities
• Conduct initial candidate screenings (video/audio interviews via Zoom or similar platforms).
• Assist in sourcing potential candidates from online channels (job boards, social media, Upwork, etc.).
• Provide hiring managers with organized shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires by sharing resources and ensuring smooth communication.
• Assist with general administrative and research tasks as needed.


Requirements
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, HR assistant, or recruiter.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Comfortable conducting video and audio interviews with candidates.
• Familiarity with job boards, freelancing platforms, and professional social media recruiting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.


💰 Compensation:
Hourly rate to be discussed in detail with shortlisted candidates.
