Seeking a Virtual Assistant (Social Media Focus) for LinkedIn, Instagram Stories & Backend Support (Long-Term)

Hi! I’m a coach looking for a long-term virtual assistant who supports me in growing and maintaining my online presence, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram – with a mix of smart execution, creativity and behind-the-scenes structure.




✅ Your Main Responsibilities:

📍 LinkedIn (Primary Focus)

• Uploading & formatting content in my voice
• Monitoring messages & requests
• Assisting with basic content repurposing (carousel, quote graphics, etc.)
• Profile maintenance and content planning support
• Building smart outreach flows (e.g. tagging, categorizing, follow-up)



📍 Instagram (Stories & Community Engagement)

• Creating and posting daily/weekly Stories (based on my templates or voice)
• Responding to DMs and comments
• Supporting interaction with my ideal audience
• Supporting with Reels posting (no need to create Reels from scratch unless you can/want to)



📍 Backend Support & Digital Organization

• Preparing newsletters (via Mailerlite or other tool)
• Managing my content calendar
• Researching hashtags, trends, content ideas
• Coordinating content between platforms
• Light Canva design for visuals, quotes, carousels
• Updating links (e.g. Calendly, Link in Bio, etc.)



💡 What You Bring:

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager (especially with Coaches or Service-Based Businesses)
• You’re fluent in English and love smart communication
• You know how to work independently, but also follow brand voice and guidance
• Solid knowledge of LinkedIn & Instagram mechanics (not just “posting” but real audience work!)
• You are good with tools like Canva, Mailerlite, Calendly, Google Docs/Sheets
• You are structured, detail-oriented and love content
• Bonus: You know how to batch content and save me time
