Experience:
6+ Years of experience in Virtual commissioning experience in digital twin development for Automotive industries i.e. engine assembly lines, battery assembly lines, ASRS systems and BIW lines using EKS RF::Suite(MANDATORY).


Roles and Responsibility:

• Specializing in virtual commissioning (VC) for automotive manufacturing systems/assembly lines using RF::Suite (MANDATORY) (RF::YAMS, RF::RobSim, RF::ViPer, RF: HMI etc.).
• Support for testing PLC logic and robot programs in a digital twin environment to ensure seamless integration.
• Validating automation processes, robot simulations, and production sequences to ensure compliance with OEM-specific guidelines.
• Collaborating with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators to optimize production line efficiency.
• Supporting Industry 4.0 initiatives by ensuring early detection of errors, reducing commissioning time, and improving production reliability.
• Implementing virtual commissioning solutions as per OEM standards.
