We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Visual Commercial to work full‑time (37,5 h/week) at our flagship Zara store in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

Be our product expert and refine internal guidelines using your fashion and design knowledge while keeping customer needs in mind.
Set the product on the shopfloor in a compelling way.
Analyze product performance in-store to present the merchandise optimally and derive actionable measures to increase sales.
Create inspiring outfit combinations based on current trends to engage customers.
Share your expertise in regular trend workshops with your teammates.

Qualifications

First experience in visual merchandising or visual marketing.
Strong sense of aesthetic and imagination to showcase everything beautifully.
Constantly research the latest fashion trends and be familiar with top designers and must‑haves.
Talent for combining many different outfits daily; you thrive on creative challenge.
Attention to detail and commitment to presenting every product at the highest level.
