Visual Designer / Content Production

At eduBITES, we help companies put knowledge into action using AI and synthetic media. As our Junior Visual Designer (m/f/d), you will collaborate with content, marketing/sales, and product teams to expand our brand toolkit and create assets that effectively communicate our product and brand.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), based in Berlin, Germany, starting ASAP.

Your role

1. Support teams in visual design production, including asset creation, icons, templates, etc.
2. Assist the content team in creating custom visuals for learning courses.
3. Work on client projects to refresh and improve visual assets.
4. Help the Lead UX/UI in developing CI guidelines and assets for various channels.
5. Contribute to building video and audio content as needed.
6. Balance creativity, aesthetics, and scalability in production workflows.

Your profile

1. Significant experience in digital design.
2. Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
3. Deep knowledge of PowerPoint (and ideally Pitch.com).
4. Experience in prototyping; UI animation experience is a plus.
5. Tech-savvy with standard productivity tools (Teams, Slack, MS Office, G Suite).
6. Excited about leveraging AI in content creation.
7. Practical mindset with strategic creativity.
8. Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
9. Experience in fast-paced, quality-demanding environments.
10. Collaborative and thoughtful team player.
