Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead employment law matters across the group and its subsidiaries
• Advise HR and leadership on individual and collective labor law topics
• Support and guide negotiations with works councils
• Manage legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel
• Develop internal policies and standards related to labor law
• Contribute legal expertise to strategic projects, especially those tied to growth and transformation

Your Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer (First and Second State Examination)
• Strong knowledge of employment and works constitution law
• Bonus : familiarity with corporate or commercial law
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in-house or in private practice
• Clear communicator with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
• Reliable, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment
