The Opportunity

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced fundraising and project management professional to take on a leadership role within the private credit practice. As VP, you will oversee and execute complex fundraising mandates, working closely with investment managers and institutional investors worldwide. The position combines execution leadership, advisory responsibilities, and relationship development, offering strong visibility across the alternatives space and a clear path to progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fundraising project execution for top-tier private credit managers
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring seamless process delivery
• Develop high-quality investor materials, presentations, and analyses
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to enhance investor engagement
• Conduct market research and due diligence to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with managers and global allocators

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years’ experience in private credit fundraising, placement, investment banking, or transaction services
• Proven track record in managing complex projects and executing fundraising processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial and advisory mindset
• Highly organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Degree educated (Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline)
