Productsup is a Berlin-based company with a strong international customer base, and we are looking to continue growing our business whilst optimizing for healthy unit economics. Join our Sales team and help us become the global go-to name for product data management!


Your role goals:

We are looking for a VP Sales EMEA to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead our sales, business development, and solution architecture teams to new heights. This is a role for a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record of building high-performing, scalable sales organizations.

You’ll inspire, coach, and retain top talent while turning bold strategies into measurable wins. If you excel at closing big deals, breaking into new markets, and translating vision into revenue, we want you on our team.


In your first 3 months, you will…

  • Immerse yourself in the Productsup solutions, business model, and sales processes.
  • Take full ownership of team management, reviewing metrics and performance, and building strong relationships with each team member.
  • Proactively collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to refine and align sales strategies, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction in EMEA.
  • Identify immediate opportunities for improvement within existing processes and propose actionable solutions.

In your first 6 months and beyond you will…

  • Refine team KPIs and collaborate extensively with the Revenue Operations team to develop intuitive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into activity, input, and output, enabling data-driven decision-making and accountability
  • Drive cross-departmental initiatives to improve overall customer experience and business efficiency.
  • Accurately forecast sales and design and implement innovative strategic sales and marketing plans that challenge conventional approaches and unlock new business opportunities
  • Continuously recruit and coach new hires, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within your team
  • Champion a culture of accountability for results across your team, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Actively seek out and explore new market opportunities, product applications, and partnerships that can further develop and expand Productsup's business.

What you bring to the team

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven consultative selling approach towards Enterprises.
  • Work history in companies offering SaaS products as business solutions, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of proven successful experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams to exceed targets.
  • Track record of growing team headcount and developing high-performing sales professionals.
  • Proven experience structuring and setting up targets and best practices for sales teams.
  • A value-oriented leadership style with a strong emphasis on fostering curiosity, promoting out-of-the-box thinking, and inspiring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for ambitious results.
  • A natural curiosity for market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, like AI powered tools and workflows
  • Expertise in the tools we use: Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Fluency in English and German.
