Summary

We are searching for a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee safety and operational processes in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in warehouse safety management and proficiency in SAP for inventory control and management.



Main Responsibilities


• Ensure safety equipment is utilized and safety hazards are eliminated in the warehouse area.
• Manage the inbound process including receiving, unloading goods, and conducting quality checks.
• Document all received goods in SAP and manage order preparation and processing.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and rectify stock deviations in SAP.
• Ensure tools and PPE are maintained, calibrated, and recertified as required.



Key Requirements


• Experience in warehouse safety management.
• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and documentation management.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and order management.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and compliance.
• Experience with PPE and tools calibration and management.



Nice to Have


• Familiarity with crane driving and rigger banksman activities.
• Experience as part of an emergency response team.
• Participation in HSE meetings and performance talks.



Other Details

Position requires ongoing personal development training and recertification.

Remote opportunities related to handling tools and PPE logistics.

Must notify management of any expiring certifications timely.
