neuefische GmbH, with the brands neuefische in Hamburg and the Berlin based Spiced Academy, is Germany's leading provider of technology bootcamps. With tech-driven bootcamps we empower individuals to pursue careers they love.



Bootcamps have long been successfully established in the USA - thanks to neuefische GmbH, this innovative educational approach has also been “made in Germany” since 2018. With a high proportion of women on the courses, we not only ensure more talent, but also more diversity in IT. Our vision is to transform lives by equipping people with the skills and support they need to succeed in the tech industry and focus on delivering exceptional online cohorts in both German and English.

Are you passionate about teaching and eager to share your knowledge as a freelancer? We would love to hear from you!



As coaches we guide and develop our students along the path to become Agile Project Managers or upskill themselves along the dimensions of coordination, communication and problem solving.



The role of the coach, in addition to professional expertise, requires a good understanding of people and their motivations as well as methods for introducing complex topics to new practitioners.



Each day and each course is different and presents a mixture of challenges that require application of diverse skills such as people leadership, project expertise, presentation and communication. We work in an agile way in which we are always experimenting with our material in order to create great outcomes for our students.
