To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to join us as Web Designer (all genders) . We’re seeking a talented Web Designer to create visually compelling, brand-aligned digital assets - including websites, campaign landing pages, and interactive experiences - for leading global automotive brands. This role brings creative concepts to life through mobile-first, responsive design, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand presence across all digital platforms.

What You´ll Do

• Design and produce high-quality web assets including websites, landing pages, microsites, email and other digital campaign assets with strong attention to brand identity and digital aesthetics
• Translate concepts into visually compelling layouts, ensuring mobile-first and responsive design, utilizing AEM's smart crop capabilities to ensure optimal display across all devices
• Collaborate with creative, content, UX and development teams to deliver integrated digital projects
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and visual standards for consistency across markets
• Create, edit, and optimize web image assets, including photo retouching, for various digital platforms
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to elevate creative outputs
• Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3–6 years of professional experience in web/digital design (agency background preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web, campaign, and visual design expertise
• Proven proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus)
• Familiarity with the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for component usage, and digital asset management (DAM)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to effectively collaborate with developers
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
