Introduction

Hey, I am looking for support in setting up an Octoparse workflow to extract Etsy data for a research project. My goal is not only to get the data but also to learn how to run and adjust the workflow myself in the future.


Project Requirements:


• Platform: Etsy (Jewellery category)
• Regions: US and Europe
• Shops: Active within the past 12 months
• Target: 5,000 Jewellery shops
• Data fields: Shop name, URL, sales, reviews, rating, location, shipping regions, product price ranges, keywords (e.g. sustainability, handmade, custom/made-to-order)


Responsibilities:


• Help me design and configure the Octoparse workflow step by step
• Ensure the setup includes pagination, deduplication, and keyword checks
• Show me how to export the data into a clean CSV/Excel format
• Provide short guidance so I can rerun the workflow independently in the future


Role Description:

This is a support/consulting role, not just delivering a dataset. The ideal freelancer should have experience with Octoparse (or similar tools) and be comfortable explaining the setup clearly.
