Web-to-Print Specialist /part-time or full-time, CH or DE/

W4 is an internationally active digitalization agency focusing on marketing technology and digital transformation. We implement Web-to-Print and database publishing projects for well-known B2B clients, always at the intersection of technology, content, and automated media production.

We are looking for a Web-to-Print Specialist Prepress

Tasks

• Implementation of Web-to-Print solutions based on the priint:comet Suite.
• Creation and customization of InDesign templates connected to our own PIM system.
• Use and maintenance of existing scripts to automate layout processes.
• Technical configuration in coordination with our proprietary PIM system.
• Supporting client projects alongside an experienced project manager.
• Participation in internal and external trainings (e.g., Print Days or PIM Days).

Requirements

• Several years of experience in prepress or media production.
• Solid knowledge of typesetting systems and automated print workflows.
• Scripting experience (e.g., InDesign, JavaScript, XML, C-Script) is a plus.
• Understanding of product data (PIM) and its use in layout processes.
• Excellent skills in Adobe InDesign and structured media output.
• Independent, structured working style and a willingness to learn new tools.
