Website Administrator

Job Description

The website administrator has one responsibility: the website. It must be the best experience possible for the members. You would be part of a growing team that specializes in user experience, website design, marketing and communication.




Since this position requires a lot of training and has a high level of responsibility, reporting and working directly with InkuA's CEO, we need a commitment of 8 months in the role.




Some Example Tasks

• Edit the website with a GUI, you can test or learn it by creating a free account here: https://www.odoo.com/app/website
• Fix spelling mistakes on the website.
• Arrange, modify and create pages and menus.
• Make sure users understand the website.
• Analyze traffic and behaviour.
• Have online meetings with the CEO, Marketing Director or Communications Director.
• Check messages for requests on updates and improvements on the website.



Requirements

• Advanced level of english.
• Basic knowledge of web design.
• Create an Odoo account and learn to use the website editor.
• Average of 4hs per week.
