About Us
We are an internationally recognized destination wedding photography & videography team, seeking a skilled Wedding Video Editor to join our team on a long-term basis.


Job Summary
Your primary role will be to create documentary-style wedding films that chronologically tell the story of the day—from preparations and getting ready, through the ceremony, speeches, and dinner, to the evening party. The edit should be cinematic, emotional, and polished, mixing real moments with beauty shots, and incorporating voiceovers from vows, speeches, and the ceremony.


Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage (average 1.5 hours per wedding) into a finished film
• Create documentary-style edits ranging from 3–5 min highlights to 10–20 min long films, depending on the package
• Sync audio from vows, speeches, and ceremonies for natural storytelling
• Apply our provided LUTs and maintain a consistent cinematic style across all films
• Incorporate music provided by us
• Occasionally edit short social media reels (20–30 seconds) as part of certain packages
• Collaborate closely with us through feedback and revision calls


Requirements:

• Proven experience editing weddings or similar storytelling/event films
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Solid sense of pacing, storytelling, and cinematic flow
• Attention to detail, especially with syncing speeches and sound design
• Ability to follow a consistent style guide while delivering high-quality results
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines


Details:

• Volume: 10–15 weddings this year; approx. 20–25 weddings next year
• Turnaround: 4–6 weeks per wedding project
• Payment: Per project (please provide quotes for 3–5 min, up to 10 min, and up to 20 min films)
• Test Project: We’ll start with a paid trial project to assess workflow fit
• Long-term collaboration and growth opportunity for the right editor
