Werkstudent Application Engineering (w / m / d)

Job Responsibilities

1. You will support the Application Engineering Team by reliably cooperating in summarizing findings on a given product or project.
2. You will independently carry out application tests, take measurements and evaluate them (Material characterization, samples preparation, rheology).
3. You will take care and maintenance of measuring equipment in our laboratory as well as work safety measures.
4. You will support the Application Engineering Team to evaluate customer inquiries and problems, develop and document solutions.
5. You will participate in our meetings with our EMEA Key Account Management Team and in our project reviews with the technical US Team.

Qualifications

1. You are studying a subject from the field of natural sciences, mechanical engineering or a similar field in which basic chemical knowledge has been taught and are in the final semesters of the master's degree program.
2. You have an affinity for hands-on tasks.
3. You have fluent German and fluent English skills, written and spoken.
4. You are a strong communicator and have a convincing personality.
5. You will be strongly encouraged to take initiatives.
6. You are quite familiar with the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
