DAS ERWARTET DICH
• Selbstständige Erstellung von Vertragsunterlagen
• Koordination mit Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern/ Freelancern
• Pflege und Ausbau des Freelancerpools
• Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben
• Aktive Mitarbeit an der Prozessgestaltung
• Pflege und Ausbau des Intranets und Extranets
• Erstellung von Präsentationen und System-Updates
• Datenpflege in Workday, Sharepoint, und HR4You
• Begleitung von On- und Offboardings
• Kommunikation mit der IT-Abteilung
• Möglichkeit, zu 100% remote innerhalb Deutschlands zu arbeiten


DAS BRINGST DU MIT
• Studium in Wirtschaft, Personal oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse in Sharepoint und Workday
• Exzellente Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Gewissenhafte, verbindliche und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (insb. im Remote-Umfeld)
