WFM Implementation Consultant (m/f/x) - HCM Software, Munich

This role involves participating in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, under the guidance of the Project Manager. The consultant will gather customer requirements, configure solutions, manage customer expectations, and may lead activities or deliver organizational readiness consulting.

Location: fully remote in Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide implementation services and document customer requirements
• Configure software to meet documented needs
• Conduct consulting sessions and document outcomes
• Attend project meetings and report progress
• Assist customers with organizational readiness and best practices
• Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years in HCM/WFM application consulting
• Experience in business process mapping and change management
• Fluent in German and English

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud HRIS systems
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with HRIS applications like SAP, Workday, etc.

Functional Skills:

• Strong customer relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
