Responsibilities

• Responsible for wind turbine market development in international markets. Collaborate to build communication platforms with various customers, coordinate customer maintenance and sales efforts, and aim to achieve overall business goals.
• Lead communication in the early stages of projects, including but not limited to key communication, driving solution development, drafting technical agreements and bid documents. Ensure solutions meet customer needs and leverage company product advantages. Strengthen solution guidance through technical exchanges to ensure the overall competitiveness of solutions.
• Organize and conduct market and technical research. Stay informed and lead on market trends, cutting-edge technology development, new product releases, and the latest dynamics of new wind turbine models. Collect and compile information on market competitors and analyze similar products. Conduct industry product benchmarking analysis and assist in market planning efforts.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and strategic consulting based on customer needs and company product capabilities. Offer technical solution planning for customers. Provide full lifecycle solutions, identify and manage technical risks. Implement closed-loop control measures to ensure overall project risk control, enhance the technical capabilities of project teams and customers, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Represent the company at domestic and international industry conferences and technical forums. Showcase the company's technical expertise and project experience, enhancing the company's visibility and influence within the industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience. Preference given to candidates with experience in the renewable energy or wind power industry, particularly those with experience in wind turbine manufacturers. Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies from major wind turbine manufacturers.
• Excellent project management skills. Ability to effectively coordinate multinational resources and drive the successful progress of large-scale complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, clients, and project teams.
• Exceptional ability to solve complex problems and make decisions. Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure environments and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent English proficiency with strong written and spoken communication skills. Native English speaker preferred.
