The Senior Windchill System Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of PTC Windchill systems. This role supports enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives and ensures the system's stability, performance, and security across engineering and manufacturing operations.

Must have skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Windchill system administration, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts and PTC Windchill architecture.
• Experience with PTC Creo and other CAD tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl, JavaScript) and database management (Oracle, SQL).
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have skills

• Experience with Windchill 12.x
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
